Guided Tour of the Vinegar Works
An exclusive and intimate experience for couples, families or small groups of friends.

The heart of the experience
Discovering balsamic drop by drop
During the visit you will get an up-close look at the traditional method of production: selected grapes, slow cooking of the must and natural fermentation in barrels of different woods, with no additives or shortcuts. Just raw material, time and patience.
The final tasting reveals a dense, aromatic balsamic balanced between sweetness and acidity, capable of enhancing Parmigiano Reggiano, meats, fish, fresh fruit and desserts. A tasting that transforms the visit into a true sensory journey.
