What is included

Accommodations are ready to use and provide independent access via electronic badge/card. Included in the stay are: single bed (not double), heating, cooling, kitchenette complete with dishes, sink, refrigerator, 2 induction hobs, microwave oven, Wi-Fi, TV, housekeeping every 7 days, linen change every 15 days, washing machine in ground-floor room, and free parking.

The presence of a small terrace with exclusive access from the studio apartment, which can be used from spring to fall or to indulge in a cigarette every now and then, makes the residence suitable for those who wish to manage their daily rhythms in total autonomy, offering privacy and practicality. However, smoking is always prohibited inside the studio apartment.
